"I stopped in to pick up a pair..."
I stopped in to pick up a pair of jeans and a jacket, and it ended up being a really smooth experience. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering, which I appreciated. I found my sizes easily, checkout was quick, and the quality feels solid for the price. Overall, I left satisfied and would definitely shop there again.

"Return reminded me of my usual Amazon experience"
I ended up sending it back, and the whole return process was easy. It reminded me of when my sister returned something similar recently, no big hassle, and my refund showed up quicker than I expected.

I picked up a pair of jeans and a hoodie, and both ended up fitting really well. The price was fair, and the quality was better than I expected. I’m guessing they might be using the same suppliers as some pricier brands, but who knows. Either way, I’m happy with what I got.

Just a heads up, topman.com has been surprisingly reliable for me. A lot of the stuff I actually want is usually in stock, and my size is there more often than not, which is definitely not something I can say for every clothing site. I managed to grab jeans and a jacket without constantly checking back or waiting for restocks. Easy, no hassle, and kind of dangerous if you’re trying not to shop.

So... they did take a bit longer than I expected to reply, which was a little frustrating, but once customer service got back to me, they were helpful and managed to sort out my issue

"Good packaging, no issues"
I ordered a shirt from topman.com the packaging was decent. The bag wasn’t anything fancy, but it kept the shirt clean and folded nicely, so I can’t really complain. It arrived with "no damage," which was the main thing I cared about. I’d give it 5 stars if the packaging felt a little more "sturdy," but overall it did the job...

"Pretty easy site to use"
I found the Topman site easy to get around . The filters worked fine and made it simple to narrow things down . Checkout was quick too , which I appreciated . A couple of pages were a bit slow to load for me , but overall it was a good experience .

"Super quick delivery!"
I ordered a couple of tops from topman.com and they arrived so much faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I got the email updates along the way, and the parcel showed up right on time with no hassle at all. Everything was packed well too. I was especially happy because I needed one of the tops for the weekend, so it worked out perfectly. Definitely happy to order again!

I was expecting to wait a bit longer, but my refund hit my account in two days. I kept checking the pending section because the exact date always bugs me, and sure enough, it was back quick. No drama, which I appreciated.
